HHLPOA Annual General Meeting

Save the Date!!  – –  Saturday, June 21st – – 9:30am

The HHLPOA Annual General Meeting (AGM) is an opportunity to hear about the activities of the association, learn information about our lakes, meet the members of the board, renew your membership and connect with your neighbours.

We will hold the AGM in person this year. Registration and membership renewal will start at 9:30am with refreshments at Shalom by the Lake Resort on Little Hawk Lake Road. Business meeting will follow from 10am to noon.  Make plans to attend!

9:30 am –10:00 am

• – Review display tables with information and Silent & Live Auction items
• – In-person Loon Gear clothing sales

10:00 am – Noon   

• – HHLPOA Business Meeting – budget review, election of directors, update on activities
• – Speaker Presentations – AHT Updates, Lake Plan Report, Source Water Protection & Water Quality, and Lead-Out – – more details to come!
• – Silent & Live Auctions

Noon – 1:00 pm

• – BBQ social
• – Burgers, chips, cookies, and soft drinks will be served
• – Exhibitors present – Fire Department, Places for People, U-Links, Food Bank, Haliburton County Snowmobile Association
