Spring “Green Up Day”

Our goal is to ‘green up and clean up’ the roads around the Halls & Hawk Lakes. We’ve added this “spring” cleanup specifically for Braeloch Road.  The HHLPOA “adopted” Braeloch Road in 2021 so has a commitment to clean up the road twice annually.

Halls Lake cottagers and residents, we’re looking for your help here! We’ll be walking along Braeloch Road, picking up trash that has accumulated over the winter months.

Wear weather appropriate clothing & comfortable shoes, because you’ll be walking along the shoulder, picking up trash as part of our ‘Green Up’ crew. Also wear brightly coloured clothing or visibility vests, and of course, bring sturdy work gloves.

We will supply garbage bags.

We will meet near the bridge over the Kennisis River on Little Hawk Lake Road/Road 13 and Braeloch Road at 11am.

There is no rain date for this event. We will be “greening up and cleaning up” Braeloch Road rain or shine.
