On Saturday, June 22, HHLPOA will hold its AGM. If you have not yet registered, we would really appreciate members doing that here, to ensure we have enough chairs and BBQ items for all.
What do you need to bring Saturday? We’ll be indoors in the recreation hall for the meeting, then outside (weather permitting) for the BBQ. Don’t forget to bring some cash for the 50/50 draw and to make a donation for your BBQ lunch! We’ll also have our traditional “live” auction and new silent auction; details are here.
Our speakers this year will include a township update from Algonquin Highlands Mayor Liz Danielsen, “Loon Conservation” from Monika Melichar, and “CEWF Water Levels and Water Management” from Bill Cornfield and Will L’Heureux.
See you at Shalom by the Lake, 1570 Little Hawk Lake Road. Coffee and treats will be ready at 9:30 am and the meeting will start at 10am. Our free BBQ lunch will start when the meeting ends, with the day wrapping up by 1pm. Fingers crossed that the rain holds off, however this is a “rain or shine” event.
