So why does Sabrina Richards volunteer to help?

When asked to help out again with the Ice Out Contest, Sabrina Richards responds immediately with “Sure!” If we need an extra boat at the last minute for the Painting in the Afternoon session, Sabrina doesn’t hesitate to oblige.  “Pinky” the barge is always available to the HHLPOA to make it easier to put in and take out the Navigation/Hazard markers. Within just hours from the start, Sabrina helped us move the Floating Markets to a location under cover.  She even provided Slushies for the kids who participated in the Bondar Kids and Parents Photo Challenge.  All of this is on top of financially supporting HHLPOA as an advertiser in our calendar. Who could ask for more?!  So why does Sabrina do this? She answered quite simply, “I think everyone should help out, even if they only give an hour of their time”.
Do you have an hour (or two) to give? We could use help with the Native Tree and Shrub Sale in May or the Annual General Meeting in June. Sign up to volunteer here.
