HHLPOA members and area waterfront property owners have been asked to complete a survey from Carleton University. The goal is to apply the insights gained from survey responses to improve how we communicate, engage, educate and advocate for our community. The student leading the survey says:
My name is Caraline, and I’m a graduate student at Carleton University! I’m researching lake stewardship and shoreline care. I’m reaching out to ask for your help in sharing a short survey with your members who own lakefront property in your region.
The survey is:
- Anonymous and takes only 10–15 minutes
- Open to lakefront property owners aged 18+
- Participants can enter a draw to win one of five $100 gift cards

Responses are due in prior to the end of February. A report will be shared with HHLPOA and our members, along with other participating lake associations. They have assured us that all data and contact information will be confidential and will not be shared with other organizations. Please take the time to complete the survey!
